Advanced Search Marketing Expo

SMX Advanced has come and gone. We had fun, we destroyed our livers, we networked and we learned from the industry’s best!
Read Rhea Drysdale’s SMX session coverage at Search Engine Journal. Bruce Clay, SEOmoz, SEM Small Business and Search Engine Roundtable had even more in-depth session coverage if you care to compare notes.
Highlights from the conference:
- Social media isn’t going anywhere fast.
- Personalized search is here, wake up and accept it.
- Google updated their webmaster guidelines less than 24 hours after a request for more clarity.
- Control your content to avoid accidental and intentional duplication.
- SMX has the best lunch of all SEM conferences!
There was tons more, but I’ll let you dig through the articles to answer any specific questions you may have. Francis might want to add to this list later as well. Also, check out my personal site for some information on the Google update and SEO chicks.
